*Knowledge of Firewall Administration
*Basic Knowledge on router Administration
*Laptop/Desktop Problems Troubleshooting
*Outlook/WebMail troubleshooting/management (Office365)
*Printers’ problem Troubleshooting
*Video Conference Solutions Knowledge/Administration (ZOOM, WEBEX, TEAMS)
